The location was very convenient. It had many restaurants. It was also a short walk to the Louvre. The room was spacious and well designed. Everything had a perfect spot.

The room was smaller than I expected. There were not enough towels provided. There was also not enough coffee for the length of my stay. The TV had locked channels and no code.

I found the apartment quite spacious, a nice surprise compared to other accommodations i've experienced. The separate dining area was a definite plus. the air conditioning was effective, which i appreciated during the warmer days. i also liked the separation of the bathroom and toilet. It added extra convenience for us. storing luggage after checkout free of charge was a kind convenience.

The elevator was a bit small and awkwardly shaped. It could be challenging with large luggage, but we managed.

The whatsapp customer service was amazing, quick to respond and very helpful with all our inquiries. the staff helped us with luggage storage. This was greatly appreciated, as it accommodated our late departure.

The apartment was modern and clean. the bed and pillows were comfortable. the bathroom fixtures were high quality with great water pressure. The toilet was separate from the bathroom, very convenient. the kitchen was well stocked.

Fantastic Central Stay

The apartment had a fully equipped kitchen. It contained an induction top and convection microwave. Coffee and tea making facilities were also available. A combined washer and dryer added convenience.

Street noise was noticeable from the first floor location. It was disturbing in the apartment at night.

excellent stay in a central location

authentic experience excellent location comfortable bed clothes dryer

i found the apartment provided an authentic local experience. the location was excellent, near the louvre and les halles station. the bed felt comfortable, and i appreciated the clothes dryer in the bathroom. it allowed me to wash clothes quickly.

I noticed the elevator was quite small. it was a tight squeeze with luggage and another person.

The bathroom included hansgrohe fixtures and had great water pressure. It was well appointed. i liked that the toilet was separate from the bathroom. This helped with convenience for our family.

loud restaurant noise faulty washing machine

The noise from the restaurants downstairs was pretty bad. I found it hard to relax. The washing machine and dryer could not operate when the sofa bed was open because the door was blocked. The TV and WiFi stopped working completely. The power went out on our last night. It took over an hour to get back in. I also couldn't use my CPAP machine that night.
